It is not legal advice, not career counseling, and not a substitute for your state registry's official records or determinations.
Not the registry. This site has no access to any registry database. It cannot confirm your actual certification status, and no result here should be presented to an employer as proof of status. Only your state registry can confirm your standing.
Rules change. Certification rules, examination vendors, fees and forms change — sometimes mid-year. Every page shows the date its rules were checked. A result computed from rules checked on that date may not reflect a later change. When a deadline matters, confirm with the registry (every verdict links to it) before acting.
No outcomes promised. Nothing here guarantees certification, reinstatement, endorsement, employment, or reimbursement. Those decisions belong to state registries, facilities, and agencies. The reimbursement decoder computes what a federal rule provides on the facts entered; actual payment is administered by state programs and facilities.
Registry findings page. The findings decoder describes a federal statutory process in general terms. Petition outcomes are decided by states on individual facts. It is not legal representation.
